Build a batch manually—without repetitive uploads

Manual Builder is for people who want a different caption for every image or video but still want to select and schedule the whole batch together.

1. Bulk-select your media

Open Create Schedule, choose Manual Builder, and select all images and videos for this batch at once. There is no CSV and no filename field to complete.

2. Create the schedule slots

Choose the first publishing date and time in Eastern Time, plus the number of minutes between posts. Click Create Editable Batch.

3. Type a caption beside each post

Every media file now appears as a Validation row with its own caption box. Type or paste the caption beside the matching preview. You can edit captions again at any time before scheduling.

4. Check every image or video

Images appear as thumbnails. Videos have a small playable preview with controls. Use these previews to make sure the right caption, date and time are attached to the right media.

5. Edit timing, shuffle or drag

Change dates and times directly in their fields. Click Shuffle to randomize which content occupies each fixed slot, or drag the ≡ handle to place posts in a precise order.

6. Schedule the batch

When each row says Ready, click Schedule Validated Posts and confirm the total. Nothing is sent to Facebook before this final action.
