Delete your data

Last updated September 6, 2026.

This page explains how to remove data PostScheduling holds about you and your connected Facebook Pages. You can do all of it yourself from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Option 1 — Disconnect your Facebook Pages

This removes everything PostScheduling stores about your Facebook Pages, including the encrypted Page Access Tokens.

  1. Sign in at postscheduling.app/signin with your license key.
  2. Open Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Under Disconnect Facebook, click Disconnect All Facebook Pages.

Every saved Page connection, Page name, Page ID and encrypted Page Access Token is deleted immediately. Posts that Facebook has already published are not removed from your Page by this action — you can delete those from Facebook itself, or from the Scheduled Posts screen before disconnecting.

Option 2 — Remove your scheduled post history

On the Scheduled Posts screen, use Clear Published to delete PostScheduling's records of posts that have already gone out, or ✕ Remove on an individual row. Uploaded media is deleted automatically once every scheduled job referencing it has finished.

Option 3 — Delete your entire account

To erase everything associated with your license — Page connections, tokens, scheduled posts, uploaded media and sign-in activity — email the support address published on PostScheduling from the email address associated with your purchase, with the subject line “Delete my data”. Include your license key so we can identify the account.

We action these requests within 30 days and confirm by email once the data has been deleted. Payment records may be retained where we are required to keep them for tax or accounting purposes; these contain transaction identifiers only.

Removing PostScheduling from your Facebook account

You can also revoke PostScheduling's access from Facebook's side at any time, independently of the steps above:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find PostScheduling in the list.
  3. Click Remove.

This immediately invalidates the access tokens PostScheduling holds, so the app can no longer publish to or read from your Pages. We recommend also completing Option 1 above so the stored records are deleted on our side too.
